Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
Every item is carefully packaged to ensure your coins, medals, and bullion arrive safely. Protective capsules are included with applicable items as noted in the product listing.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and delivery location.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on. To add coverage to your order, simply add the Shipping Insurance item to your cart before checkout. We strongly recommend insurance for higher-value purchases. Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for reimbursement in the event of carrier loss or damage.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged and shipping insurance was purchased, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Once an order is with the carrier, delays and losses fall outside our control. This is why we strongly recommend insurance for higher-value purchases.
