This website is operated by One in a Bullion, a precious metals and collectibles dealer located at 6710 Spring Stuebner Rd, Ste 709 #317, Spring, TX, 77389, US.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

These Terms apply to all transactions conducted through oneinabullion.com. They are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

All coins, medals, rounds, and bullion items sold by One in a Bullion are sold as collectibles. We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent each item through photographs and written descriptions.

Minor variations in luster, toning, milk spots, or surface appearance are normal characteristics of precious metals and are not considered defects unless explicitly noted in the item listing.

Graded items are sold in the grade assigned by the grading service at the time of encapsulation. We make no representation as to how any item might be graded upon resubmission.

One in a Bullion verifies the authenticity of bullion products prior to shipment using electromagnetic signature testing equipment. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.

If you believe an item you received is not genuine, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to evaluate the claim.

Our liability in the event of a confirmed authenticity failure is limited to a full refund of the purchase price of the affected item. Claims made after 5 business days of confirmed delivery, or on items altered, cleaned, or damaged after receipt, will not be honored.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Precious metals markets fluctuate continuously, and our prices reflect market conditions at the time of listing. Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Spot price movements after your order is placed and payment confirmed do not affect your order price in either direction.

In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, are located in the United States, and are authorized to complete the transaction.

One in a Bullion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for pricing error, inventory discrepancy, suspected fraud, or inability to verify the order.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed in USD.

Title to the purchased items does not transfer to the buyer until payment has fully cleared. We reserve the right to hold shipment pending payment clearance.

All sales are final. One in a Bullion does not accept returns or issue refunds except in limited circumstances: wrong item, wrong quantity, documented shipping damage, or a confirmed authenticity failure.

This no-refund policy is consistent with standard industry practice for precious metals dealers. We cannot accept returns based on market movement, buyer's remorse, or a change in preference after purchase.

To initiate a claim, contact us at support@oneinabullion.com within 5 business days of confirmed delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs documenting the item and packaging.

Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

One in a Bullion ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international addresses.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion unless a specific carrier is selected at checkout. Signature confirmation may be required for orders above a certain value.

Once an order is tendered to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or losses after handoff to the carrier.

Estimated shipping timeframes are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One in a Bullion's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a transaction or these Terms shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

One in a Bullion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@oneinabullion.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas.

You and One in a Bullion agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and pricing on this site are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

In the event of a material error in a product listing that affects your order, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel your order for a full refund.

All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, and design, is the property of One in a Bullion or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after the date of posting.

Your continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as to future transactions.
